Accessories & fittings: 1-year warranty.
Italisa Wudu Foot Washer: 5-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Products used in commercial settings (unless otherwise agreed).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide photos or video evidence of the issue.
Our team will assess the claim within 5 business days.
Approved claims will result in repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. This does not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
