Warranty Coverage
- Shower systems & fixtures: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Accessories & fittings: 1-year warranty.
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Products used in commercial settings (unless otherwise agreed).
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at complaint@itmilanoitaly.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
- Provide photos or video evidence of the issue.
- Our team will assess the claim within 5 business days.
- Approved claims will result in repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
