Cash on Delivery

Pay for your Itamilano order when it arrives at your door. Cash on delivery is available across the UAE and GCC.

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. Add your items to the cart, go to checkout and select Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method.
We confirm your order. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order and delivery address before we ship.
Your order is dispatched. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Pay the courier on delivery. Please have the exact order amount ready in AED (or your local currency for GCC orders) when the courier arrives.

Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout so we can confirm your order. Orders we can't confirm may be delayed or cancelled.
Delivery times are the same as for prepaid orders. See our Shipping Policy.
If your package looks damaged when it arrives, let the courier know and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Returns for COD orders follow our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are made by bank transfer, so we'll ask for your bank details.
Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may mean cash on delivery isn't offered on future orders.
