We want you to be completely happy with your Itamilano purchase. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

  • For hygiene reasons, products that have been installed or used (including shattaf sets, shower heads, filters and foot washers) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Manufacturing defects that appear after use are covered by our Warranty Policy (itamilanoitaly.com/pages/warranty-policy).

How to start a return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page or WhatsApp on +971 800 4825472 with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and send you return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back as instructed.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to process it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different finish or model, return the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we will help arrange it.
